We do one thing: put a small number of students into seats where they do real work next to people who do it for a living. Business, finance, software, marketing and startups.
The work is real, and the seat is sized to the student.
We don't post openings. Every seat starts with a call about what you can already do, then an introduction to a company that has a real piece of work for you.
After the match: the visa paperwork, housing, help in the first week, and a person to call for the whole placement.
Students who are curious about Asia and serious about a short, demanding placement. Experience in the field isn't required. Initiative, adaptability and composure in a room are.
