Asia Internships is a private placement office that matches university students with the operators and regional leaders driving Asia's modern economy.
We operate across four capitals — Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Bangkok — and work with businesses where interns sit close to decision-makers and do work that matters. Every placement is sourced through long-standing relationships with the families and founders who run these companies.
Our network spans more than a decade of introductions across consumer, finance, media, hospitality, and the arts. The office was founded to do one thing well: place a small number of students into seats where they build something real, under the mentorship of people who built something real themselves.

We do not post openings. Every seat is sourced privately after an introductory conversation with our office. We learn what a fellow is looking for, then make the right introduction.
The office handles everything beyond the match — visa coordination, housing, local onboarding, and a dedicated point of contact available around the clock for the duration of the programme. A small cohort each summer. Four capitals. One team from first call to final day.
We work with students who are curious about Asia, ready to be challenged, and serious about making the most of a short window. We do not require prior experience in the field — we look for initiative, adaptability, and the kind of composure that earns trust in a room.
