We place a small number of university students with companies that can give one of them real work for four to sixteen weeks. We do the screening before you see a name, draft the visa letter for your signature, sort the student's housing, and stay their point of contact for the whole placement. What we need from you is a defined piece of work and someone to supervise it.
A placement is one student sitting with your team for four to sixteen weeks, on a piece of work you actually need done and can hand to one person: a model, a market read, a feature, a campaign, the first version of a process. It has an owner on your side who checks in, reviews the result, and writes a short reference at the end.
The students are at university. We talk to every student before we go looking for a seat, and we only introduce someone when the work and the person fit.
For most placements the student's visa or permit depends on a letter from the host: who the student is, what they'll be doing, the dates, and who supervises them. We draft it from the brief you've agreed, you check it, and you sign it on your letterhead.
They're at university and early in their careers. You'll be supervising and teaching as they go — the work is scoped to a level they can actually reach — and we're honest with you about each student: what we're sure of, and what we're not.
There's no fee from you and no salary to budget — the student isn't joining your payroll. Our end is covered by the placement fee the student pays. Hosting costs you a desk, and the time your supervisor spends on the work.
